Contact details can be edited anytime from your profile. Academic data submitted as part of an application can't be changed once it's been sent.

It means the institution is actively assessing your submission. You'll get a notification the moment a final decision — acceptance or rejection — is issued.

Passport numbers can only be edited before you've submitted your first application. After that, it's locked to keep your submitted documents consistent.

Creating a profile and browsing programs is free. Some institutions may charge their own application fee, which is shown clearly before you apply.
